New Client Onboarding Process

Just follow our 3 simple steps!

1. Intake Form

Fill out our new client form to provide us with information about your pets, what dates you may need our services, etc. This form will give us all the necessary information needed for us to complete any sitting or long term dog walking!

2. Meet and Greet

Schedule your free meet and greet with us to go over your routines and provide us with any extra information we need to know! We will provide proof of insurance and a copy of our rates for you.

3. Schedule

Once everything is all set and ready to go, we will add your booking to our calendar, and send a booking confirmation to you along with an online contract and acceptance of terms.

This contract, along with our intake form, is required in order for us to sit for you or begin any long term dog walking services.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I get started?
Start by filling out our Contact Form under Contact Us. We can then discuss what you service you are in need of, the dates you will need service for, and from there we can set up a free meet and greet at your home. Meet and greets allow us to meet you and your pet(s), learn your routine and gather all of the details we need. :)
  • Are you bonded and insured?
Yes, we are fully bonded and insured with Pet Care Business Insurance. We also provide proof of this at any free meet and greet set up with us.
  • What areas do you service?
We service most of Hamilton County. (Noblesville, Fishers, Carmel, Westfield, Cicero, Arcadia, etc). However, depending on distance, we may service towns outside of Hamilton County if close enough to us.
  • Can you accommodate last-minute pet sitting requests?
If given at least 3-5 days notice we will (at times) be able to accommodate these requests depending on our schedule. It never hurts to check with us! However we cannot always guarantee availability.
  • Can you administer medication or special care for my pet's needs?
Yes, we are able to administer any special medications or injections your pet may need during service.
  • Do you offer boarding?
We do not offer boarding at this time, but may add it to our service list in the future. We currently only offer caring for your pet in the comfort of their own home.
  • What kind of pets do you care for?
We care for any dog (big or small), any cat, small animals such as hamsters, guinea pigs, turtles, etc. If you are unsure if we care for a specific animal, you can send us a message through our Contact Us page!
  • Is the sitter I meet the same sitter who will be in my home?
Yes, we are a husband and wife team - so it will always be both of us or at least one of us visiting the home. This is also one of the benefits of using a professional pet sitting service vs. a neighbor or friend - we always have backup just in case one of us isn't able to visit.
  • When it comes to pet sitting, how does staying at home benefit my pets?
There are many benefits to keeping your pets at home, including: A familiar environment - pets feel comfortable and secure in their own familiar surroundings, reducing stress and anxiety. Maintains routines - staying at home preserves regular feeding times, exercise, and play, promoting well-being and happiness. Minimizes health risks - pets are prevented from being exposed to illnesses from other animals being at home. Personalized care - pet sitters can provide individual attention and affection while you are away, ensuring your pets feel cared for and loved. Special feeding situations - If your pet has unique or special dietary needs, we can ensure they're accommodated at home.
  • What if I need to cancel?
In the event of a cancellation, we require at least 48 hours' notice. Anything outside of that window is not charged. If there is an emergency situation, we are very understanding of that and are willing to waive fees for special circumstances.
